personal de servidores del Cuerpo de Bomberos, se realizar\u00e1n con estricto respeto a los derechos constitucionales e instrumentos internacionales en materia de derechos humanos ratificados por el Ecuador.<\/li><li><strong> Eficacia:<\/strong> La organizaci\u00f3n y la funci\u00f3n del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Pedernales ser\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para garantizar el ejercicio de sus competencias conforme a los objetivos, afines y metas institucionales propuestas, como Planificar, Organizar, Direccionar, Coordinar y Controlar la gesti\u00f3n permanentemente.<\/li><li><strong> Eficiencia<\/strong>: El cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas institucionales del Cuerpo de Bomberos se realizando el buen uso racional de los recursos humanos, materiales, tecnol\u00f3gicos y financieros.<\/li><li><strong> Transparencia<\/strong>: Los actos realizados por el Cuerpo de Bomberos son de car\u00e1cter p\u00fablico y garantizan el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y veracidad de la misma, (la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas)<\/li><li><strong> Igualdad:<\/strong> Es la equivalencia del trato y de oportunidades sin discriminaci\u00f3n por razones de etnia, religi\u00f3n, orientaci\u00f3n sexual, g\u00e9nero y otras previstas en la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong> Diligencia<\/strong>: Es la atenci\u00f3n oportuna y adecuada en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos legales y reglamentarios administrativo y operativos vigentes.<\/li><li><strong> Imparcialidad:<\/strong> Es la objetividad y neutralidad en el desempe\u00f1o de las funciones previstas en el Cuerpo de Bomberos, sin favorecer indebidamente, con su intervenci\u00f3n, a persona, grupo, o funcionario de la misma, etc.<\/li><li><strong> Participaci\u00f3n ciudadana<\/strong>: Es la participaci\u00f3n incluyente de la poblaci\u00f3n en las actividades del Cuerpo de Bomberos, mediante la integraci\u00f3n en las pr\u00e1cticas en acciones de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong> Equidad de g\u00e9nero:<\/strong> Es la igualdad de oportunidades para mujeres, hombres y personas con opciones sexuales diversas, para acceder a responsabilidades y oportunidades al interior del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Pedernales.<\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Es la articulaci\u00f3n entre las entidades responsables de la seguridad ciudadana, en los diferentes niveles de operaci\u00f3n en emergencias.<\/span><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Complementariedad:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Es la implementaci\u00f3n de los Planes Operativos del Cuerpo de Bomberos Pedernales y cada una de las entidades de seguridad con el Plan Nacional de Seguridad Integral y el Plan Nacional de
